 -At the moment we are selling to customers within the borders of the European Union only. Additionally orders from Norway, Iceland and Switzerland are accepted as well. 

-Prices

Prices incl. VAT and shown in Euro. Please use our link at start up (Home) that showes the productprice in the currency of your choice. However, these mathematics are depending on daily online connection of our shopprogram with certain sites. We can not take any resposibility for that. If you have daubts please make sure to check the prices in Euro which is the price we set up originally in the shop

-Payment terms

You can pay by using your credit or debit card or your Paypal account online.

We follow conditions made up by PayPal one of the worlds biggest and most experienced company working with secure online payments. At Paypal you can pay with credit card or your own PayPal account.  -The maximum limit when placing an order online is Euro 200:-.
-Security
Your card number and personal information is protected by PayPal and will not be forwarded to a third party. Card numbers are never stored by Sunnycoconut AB.  For more information about PayPal, please use the following link: www.paypal.com.

-Deliveries

Shipping can take between 5 and 10 working days if we can send as mail (letter). Some more days for bulky items which will be send as parcels.

-Back orders 
If an item is out of stock we will inform you about this with mail and ofcourse we will not charge you for that item.

-Usage of our products

You use our products on your own risk. If you are not sure about this or feel unsecure please return the products immediatly as described in our Return Policy next chapter. Especially be aware that our products are not adapted for children of any age. Keep our products away from children and avoid they get harmed.

-Returns Policy 
You have the right to cancel an order without reason within 14 working days after you receive the goods (does not apply to business to business transactions). If you wish to return goods within the 14 day cooling off period you MUST inform us in an e-mail. Include your invoice number and the reason why you want to cancel your order and you will receive instructions on how to proceed via e-mail.
Please remember you must take care of the goods whilst they are in your possession, goods returned damaged or used will not be accepted. Return carriage is to be paid by you, and the goods must be in original packaging. You return the goods on your own risk.
-Complaints 
If you wish to return faulty goods please e-mail, include full details of the problem and your invoice number. You will receive further instructions by e-mail. A complaint has to be made as soon as possible from the delivery of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
-False orders 
All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the local police authority.

-Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute concerning these conditions is to be settled in accordance with Swedish law, since Sunnycoconut AB is situated in Sweden, and since Sweden is the country where all business transactions take place. Sunnycoconut AB follows the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Complaints

-Age limit 
You must be 18 years or older to order from Sunnycoconut AB.
-Order confirmation 
Sunnycoconut AB reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions posted on this web site. By placing your order, you agree that Sunnycoconut AB total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to Sunnycoconut AB for the product giving rise to Sunnycoconut AB liability.
